Mark Stone: Man faces serious child abuse allegations in relation to alleged incidents in Mandurah in 2025

A man is facing serious child abuse claims related to alleged incidents in Mandurah last year. Mark Stone, 47, appeared in Perth Magistrates Court via video link from Hakea Prison on Friday. He has been charged with three counts of unlawful and indecent assault in Mandurah between November 5 and 30 last year and two counts of sexually penetrating a child over 13 and under 16 in Mandurah in September last year. Mr Stone has also been charged with two counts of indecently dealing with a child over 13 and under 16 in Mandurah in October last year and one count of sexually penetrating a child over 13 in the same month. Magistrate Erin O’Donnell remanded Mr Stone in custody to reappear in Perth Magistrates Court via video link on January 30 for a bail application. No pleas have been entered.
