Enthusiastic kids turned out for the beginning of the Katanning Netball Association Net and Set program at the weekend.

There was an amazing feeling around, with the Net and Set program catering for kids of pre-primary age and just above.

The youngsters showed determination to learn and grow their netball skills.

It was exciting to see the kids being so eager to learn as they will be part of the Go juniors in the years to come and hopefully they can entice more kids to join along the way.

There were a lot of volunteers helping the program run, with many of them being junior division girls and mums.

The Net-Setters really enjoy and look up to the older girls, which is great encouragement.

Junior netballers practised their skills more this week.

It’s the third week for the junior kids and you can see they are really soaking up all their coaches’ advice.

Senior netball was a lot more relaxed this week after with nerves of the previous week.

All the seniors looked really keen to get back out on the court again and there was some fantastic netball played.

There were some great overall wins in all grades and it will be interesting to see how the season unfolds.
