A new toilet block has been installed at Katanning’s top oval, with the long-awaited new facility opening last week.

Set behind the Katanning Leisure and Function Centre on Pemble Street, the new toilet block opened on Saturday.

The KLC team took to Facebook to announce the availability of the new amenities on Friday.

“This fantastic upgrade will provide improved amenities and greater convenience for everyone using the facilities,” they wrote.

“We’re also pleased to share that one of the new amenities includes a baby change table, helping make the facilities more accessible and family-friendly for all users.

“The KLC toilets and showers will remain available and accessible if required.

“We look forward to seeing everyone enjoy these new facilities, and thank the community for their patience and support as this project was completed.”
