Wagin police are calling on the public for information about a bizarre property damage incident that occurred in the town earlier this week.

Sometime between 9pm on Monday and 7am on Tuesday, a gold-coloured vehicle was driving along Tudhoe Street when it left the road and collided with fencing that boarded a paddock.

The car drove through the damaged fence and continued through the paddock until it collided with another fence on the opposite side.

Alongside damage to the two sections of fencing, the incident resulted in Western Power cabling being damaged.

Anyone with information relating to the incident is asked to contact Crime Stoppers online via www.crimestopperswa.com.au or by calling 1800 333 000.
