Perth traffic: Emergency crews at Reid Highway crash after peak-hour pain on Kwinana Freeway and Loftus Street

Emergency crews are at the scene of a late night crash in Westminster.

A left lane closure is in place on Reid Highway westbound at Mirrabooka Avenue as a result of the crash.

Main Roads reported the crash at 9.26pm and urged motorists in the area to drive with caution.

Earlier, two crashes across Perth caused peak-hour delays for drivers.

The left lane on the Kwinana Freeway southbound before Berrigan Drive was blocked as a result of a crash in Jandakot.

The crash was reported at 4.58pm, with motorists in the area urged to drive carefully.

The incident was cleared at 5.27pm, but it took some time before traffic returned to normal.

Further north, police attended the scene of a crash in Leederville that occurred about 4.45pm.

The crash on Loftus Street at Vincent Street caused traffic chaos for drivers travelling north.

The left lane was closed before the crash was cleared at 5.21pm.
