Commuters are crawling across Perth this morning after a crash on the Narrows Bridge triggered heavy congestion and lane closures during peak hour.
The incident on the Narrows southbound shut the right lane, with incident response crews on site and traffic backing up fast on approach.
Drivers are being urged to allow extra time and merge safely as delays build.
It comes as multiple crashes and hazards stack up across the network.
On Tonkin Highway northbound after Hepburn Avenue in Cullacabardee, vehicles are sitting in the right emergency lane with tow trucks on site.
Traffic is still flowing but motorists are being told to stay alert.
A separate crash on Kwinana Freeway southbound before Mt Henry Bridge at Salter Point has vehicles pulled into the left emergency lane, with traffic busy on approach.
And in an unusual hazard, a blanket has been reported on Leach Highway eastbound at the Orrong Road exit in Welshpool.
There are no delays but drivers are being warned to take care.
