A woman in her 30s was flown to Royal Perth Hospital with serious injuries after she was involved in a car rollover on Great Southern Highway last Thursday. A Holden Rodeo ute rolled into a fence near Hodgson Road, about 5km north of Tambellup. A police media spokesman said the car was travelling northbound on the highway before losing control and rolling into a roadside fence about 50m from the intersection. Tambellup Volunteer Fire and Rescue responded to a triple-0 call at 10.45pm and the two occupants, both in their 30s, were taken to Katanning Hospital with serious injuries. One of the occupants was flown by the Royal Flying Doctor Service to Royal Perth Hospital at 6.30am on Friday. The woman was admitted to the intensive care unit but remains in stable condition. Tambellup police have seized the vehicle and are investigating the cause of the crash.
